Retailer wins race to be anchor tenant at prime site.

 

Officeworks is to open its third outlet on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, having secured a prime corner site on Nicklin Way at Warana, a suburb near Kawana Waters.

 

Officeworks already has two stores on the Sunshine Coast, at Noosaville and Maroochydore.

 

The Warana store will be the retailer's 168th outlet.
