Sydney dealer continues down expansion trail. 

 

Chipping Norton-based Discount Office National has acquired long-standing independent stationer Slades Stationery.

 

Based at Lidcombe, Slades Stationery has been operating for more than 27 years under the ownership of Paul Slade.

 

Discount Office National principal John Donaghy told Office Products News that the synergies between the two businesses meant it was a “perfect fit” for Discount.

                         

“Paul has decided to retire and he had a very loyal customer base and we have had a 100 per cent conversion rate so far,” Donaghy said.

 

“Having purchased several stationery and office products businesses in recent years, we will continue down the acquisition route and are always looking to strengthen our business,” he added.
