Dynamic Supplies under new management
New team to drive growth and support for independent channel.
National wholesaler Dynamic Supplies has announced a major reorganisation of its management team, headed by the appointment of Margaret De Francesco (pictured) as general manager.
De Francesco’s appointment follows the resignation of Dynamic Supplies’ managing director Scott McLennan, who has stepped down by mutual understanding with the return to the business by Dynamic Supplies’ founder and owner Alex Piccinini.
In a separate appointment, Dragi Ristevski with over 30 years experience in the office products industry has joined Dynamic Supplies as national sales and marketing manager, following the resignation of Paul Manning, who had been with the company for 16 years and was a key contributor in driving Dynamics’ success.
De Francesco and Ristevski previously worked together at GNS Wholesale Stationers.
Piccinini said that De Francesco’s strengths lie in vendor management and driving growth through category diversification while Ristevski’s strength lies in customer and relationship management and that he looks forward to a renewed focus on customer growth and support with a reinvigorated Dynamic team taking the business to the next level.
Piccinini said the Dynamic Supplies Group, which has a number of affiliated companies, including Toner Warehouse, XIT Distribution and Printsolv, would be restructured to provide the industry with a “strong wholesaler that is committed to supporting the independent channel”.
The Dynamic Supplies Group employs around 220 people in total with around 145 employed at Dynamic Supplies.
