JPM International back in expo mode.

 

Office Products News’ recent story about the combined industry expo next year and reference to the Statnews Expo (which attracted thousands of visitors), has prompted Geoff Balsillie of JPM International to recall his participation in the event, held 26 years ago.

 

“My son Paul and I were at the Statnews Expo in 1996 (30 May- 1 June) in Sydney. It was our first major exposure with Deflecto products (see photo).

 

“We are still going strong and will be there again in 2023,” he said.

 

JPM International is a leading distributor of office and ventilation products and is based at Bayswater in Victoria.

 

For the record, the first Statnews Expo attracted 3241 visitors to the Sydney Showground. Participants included 804 suppliers, 954 dealers, 166 government representatives, 784 corporates and 533 newsagents!
