Brother has emerged as the top printer brand according to customer reviews posted on comparison site Finder.com.

 

Brother won the printer category in the 2019 Finder Retail Awards, which showcased 100 brands across 69 consumer product categories.

 

To determine the winners, Finder collated more than 34,000 customer reviews from 4000 Australians on purchases made in the past 24 months.

 

“These awards are based on the opinions of real Australians on the products they use on a daily basis, not lab testing on brand new products”, Frank Restuccia, co-founder and director of Finder, said.

 

“The awards cut through the sales speak to give shoppers confidence that they’re purchasing from a trusted brand, as rated by other consumers,” he said.

 

The printer segment had consumers rate their devices across performance and reliability, value for money, design, ease of use, features, and toner cost.
