Melbourne dealer to make the switch in January.

 

Office Choice dealer McClures Office Supplies has confirmed its move to compact dealer group ASA Australia, to take effect on 5 January.

 

ASA initially announced that the Melbourne-based dealer would move from Office Choice on 1 October but this was extended due to some contractual issues, understood to have been raised by Office Choice.

 

In a note to suppliers, ASA said: “Thank you for your patience as we tidied up some loose ends with regard this delayed announcement. But the good news is we finally have a resolution, and ASA Australia is delighted to welcome McClures Office Supplies to the group.”

 

ASA added: “An ASA presence in Melbourne has been a long time coming, and we couldn’t be happier with this addition.

 

“No doubt you already know Peter and Paul McClure. They bring to the group over 35 years of experience in the OP sector, amassing invaluable insights into the industry. 

 

“McClures was established in 1987 and specialises purely on the B2B market with no retail presence. They are known for their unbeatable service, provided by their very own fast and efficient courier fleet.”
