Nespresso launches 'touchless' machines for post-COVID workplace
New research study highlights changing workplace priorities.
Nespresso Professional has launched a new range of coffee machines, designed specifically for post-COVID workplaces.
The new Nespresso Momento Coffee & Milk machines come with a ‘one touch’ and touchless feature as well as in-built milk fridge for ‘Australian-style’ coffees such as lattes and flat whites.
The launch is being supported by a new research study commissioned by Nespresso Professional that highlights a noticeable shift in employee expectations around technology, culture, design, and sustainability in Australian workplaces,
Key findings of Nespresso Professional’s ‘Workplace of the Future’ white paper include:
- 43% of Australian employees stated they are likely to look for a new job in the next year - this rises to 51% for Gen Y and 49% for Gen X
- 45% of Gen Y wouldn't work for a company that doesn't provide sustainable products and initiatives
- Almost half (46%) of Gen Y and Gen X feel they miss out on learning and development when working from home
- Unanimously all Gen Y, Gen X and Boomers surveyed believed mental health was important (98%), despite their differences
