International expansion through new licensing agreement.

 

Office Choice has teamed with South African dealer group Inovocom to explore opportunities for the international expansion of the Office Choice brand and membership model.

 

Inovocom is a southern African office products industry business solutions company founded in 2008 by Craig Noyle and Garry McCluskey. The group’s dealer brands include Office Active and Office Club. 

 

As affiliate partners in iOPA, (The International Office Products Alliance) Office Choice Limited and Johannesburg-based Inovocom have signed a deal for to Inovocom to secure a ‘right to license’ agreement to use the Office Choice trademark, within the Southern African Development Community (SADC).  

 

This will incorporate exploring the replication of a localised version of the Office Choice membership model, utilising Office Choice Limited’s expertise, with an initial focus within the South African market. 

 

“This expansion is envisioned to enhance our brand, strengthen international ties and present new opportunities for learning and growth in building on our services to our member network within Australia,” Office Choice said.

 

Under the guidance of the Office Choice executive, Inovocom intends to launch the Office Choice brand and associated benefits into the 16 member countries of the SADC.

 

“Both parties are delighted to have reached a ‘head of agreement’ that will bring an international presence to the Australian Office Choice brand as well as create an Office Choice- branded dealer group as a key pillar for Inovocom’ s group offerings,” Office Choice added.
