Retailer takes store count to 168.

 

Officeworks has been confirmed as one of the major tenants in stage two of Eastern Creek Quarter, the new western Sydney shopping and entertainment precinct.

 

The large format retail and showroom complex, known as ECQ,  is expected to be opened by early 2022.

 

The new full-line 1700 square metre Officeworks store, will take the company’s total to 168.

 

ECQ benefits from convenient accessibility and very high exposure, with 11.2 million vehicles travelling along the Great Western Highway annually, and the population in the main trade area is undergoing significant growth.
