Leading ‘VisCom’ firm ramps up full service offer to dealers.

Visual communications wholesaler and manufacturer Visionchart has moved to new, larger premises at Huntingwood, in Sydney’s west.

The 4500 square metre site almost doubles previous capacity for stock products, significantly expands the made-to-order capabilities and allows for future capacity in the rapidly-growing acoustic solutions market.

 “As we see some return by OP dealers to supporting the true wholesalers, now is the time to increase our capacity for future growth and ensure we can maintain the service levels expected by our customers.” Visionchart managing director Mark Bowdern told Office Products News.

Visionchart’s office products dealer manager Robin Scott added: “Being able to add a full-service model to supply, deliver and install direct to our dealers’ customers is a pretty unique proposition. I see more dealers realising the benefits of zero inventory and increased sales in a space normally reserved for the traditional furniture outlets.”
