Warehouse Stationery cashed up for BTS fundraiser
Customers urged to donate a dollar for struggling families.
New Zealand’s Warehouse Stationery has marked a 10-year partnership with the Salvation Army in supporting struggling families with back-to-school costs.
The fundraising appeal invites customers to add a dollar to their purchase at Warehouse Stationery stores nationwide from 21 January to 10 February.
Outgoing Warehouse Stationery CEO Pejman Okhovat (soon to join Big W in Australia as CEO) said: “We want to equip all Kiwi kids with the essentials they need to have best possible start to the school year. We’re proud to have supported families needing help for the past decade, and every year we’re grateful to see how generous New Zealanders are to help others.”
As part of the fundraiser, Warehouse Stationery has also advanced $30,000 worth of gift cards to support low-income families struggling with back-to-school costs.
