WH Annett lives on with Collins Debden
Onwards and upwards for established diary brands.
WH Annett (WHA) has reached a licencing agreement with Collins Debden Australia, which will see the WHA brands Upward and Wilson get a “new lease of life”.
The deal follows the retirement of Peter Annett (pictured), who has stepped down after 43 years with the company, the last 38 as managing director.
“The venerable brands of Upward and Wildon are getting a new lease on life and will continue to thrive and develop under the stewardship of Michael Warner and his highly motivated team at CDA,” Annett said.
“Combining the size, strength and reputation of Collins, with the quality, reliability and customer-centric attributes of the Annett brands, this is undoubtedly the beginning of a great partnership, not the end of an era,” he said.
Taking effect from 1 January 2025, Collins Debden Australia will be the main point of contact for Upward and Wilson products.
WH Annett Pty Ltd will continue to warranty all WH Annett-generated invoices and related trading terms.
