Winc celebrates International Women’s Day

Corporate supplier committed to a balanced workforce.
Winc Australia/NZ has celebrated International Women’s Day (8 March) with an acknowledgment of the company’s female workforce.
Gender equality is one of the company’s six pillars in the Winc Social Agenda:
- Female/male representation in senior leadership at Winc sits evenly at 50 per cent. This is up from 42 per cent in 2021.
- Internal promotions are also balanced women/men (51 per cent/49 per cent) over the last 12 months.
“As a female in a senior leadership role, I am grateful to be in a business where inclusiveness and equality is valued. We won’t stop working to ensure we continue to go from strength to strength as a team and to do our bit to “March forward, to continue progress” so that this is a reality in every business around the world.” Sally Dickson, group human resources director at Winc, said.
International Women's Day (IWD) has been around for over a hundred years with a focus on women's equality while celebrating women's achievement and raising awareness about discrimination.
