Experienced merchandiser to link up with former Blackwoods boss.

 

Nick Severino (pictured), former group general manager of merchandising at Blackwoods, will rejoin Winc next month as merchandising director. Severino was the long-time head of merchandising at the company when it was known as Staples.

 

As previously reported by Office Products News, Severino moved to Blackwoods in May 2016, around the same time as Peter Kelly was appointed CEO of the industrial supplies company.

 

Kelly was appointed CEO of Winc in March.

 

Kelly told OPN: "Nick will be joining Winc as merchandising director in the coming weeks. He is returning home to a company and an industry he has always loved. We look forward to him leading our ranging decisions, integrated relationships with vendors in each category and building a world-class merchandising team."
