International trade show responds to travel safety concerns.

 

Organisers of the Paperworld trade fair, held annually in January in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, has been postponed until April next year.

 

The major international stationery and office supplies exhibition, held in conjunction with the Christmasworld and Ambient trade shows, will be held as a joint event under the name International Consumer Goods Show – Special Edition in Frankfurt from 17-20 April 2021 as a one-off.

 

B2B events that have taken place in Germany in recent weeks have proved that trade fairs can successfully implement the comprehensive safety measures required during the pandemic. 

 

However, 85 per cent of exhibitors at Frankfurt are from abroad. 

 

Due to the continuing travel restrictions for international travellers a later date in April 2021 has been selected to offer exhibitors greater planning safety.
