Christmas campaign an act of ‘kindness’

 

Boutique stationery retailer kikki.K underwent a one-day name change last month, to celebrate World Kindness Day. 

 

After a challenging start to the year with the closure of its full network of stores, the business took the opportunity to "celebrate kindness", renaming itself to 'kindness' for one day. 

 

Encouraging its community to perform random acts of kindness, kikki.K prompted its followers to write hand-written letters and cards to loved ones and further detailed other acts of kindness on its blog.

 

"You can completely turn someone’s day around by doing even the smallest act of kindness, and I just love the ripple effect that can have, and the joy it brings with it," kikki.K founder Kristina Karlsson said. 

 

"It’s always been important to me that kikki.K products give people every opportunity to be kind to themselves, to others and the world, and this Christmas that feels even more important," she said.
