Windsor dealer re-opens after a wet week
Floodwaters threaten main street business.
Independent Windsor dealer Davies Office Supplies has re-opened for business after closing its doors in the wake of widespread flooding across Sydney’s north-west.
Located in the main street of Windsor, the business was on the verge of being flooded by a rising Hawkesbury River in recent days with owner Graeme Neich being forced to evacuate and turn his attention to floodwaters around his home at McGraths Hill.
“We’ve re-opened after being closed since last Friday,”” Neich told Office Products News. “Before leaving we got most of the stock off the floor but luckily, for now, the flooodwaters didn’t reach this part of George Street.”
