Global group keen on growing facilities sector.

 

Specialist international distribution and services group Bunzl has acquired Harvey Distributors, an Australian cleaning and hygiene distributor with customers in the healthcare, education, food service and facilities management sectors. 

 

Darwin-based Harvey Distributors achieved sales of $7 million in 2020 with brands such as Jasol, Septone, Agar, Diversey and Diggers, 

 

London-based Bunzl also announced that in the six months to the end of June 2021, revenue is forecast to be up by around seven per cent, despite “continuing pandemic-related challenges”.
