Travel restrictions force cancellation of 2022 event.

 

The COVID-19 pandemic has claimed another trade show victim with the organisers of the Hong Kong International Stationery Fair moving the event from January 2022 to the following year.

 

With many pandemic-related travel restrictions remaining in place, exhibitors and buyers may have difficulty joining the Hong Kong International Stationery Fair, originally scheduled for 10 – 13 January 2022. 

 

“As a result of the uncertainty around travel plans, we have decided to defer the fair to the new timeslot of 9 – 12 January 2023,” a spokesperson for organiser Messe Frankfurt said.

 

In 2020, the fair attracted 220 exhibitors and 17,800 buyers from 113 countries and regions.
