New Year donation thanks to OP suppliers and helpers.

 

Three hundred backpacks with book packs have been delivered to the Dandelion Support Network, the Sydney-based charity group that supports needy families across the nation.

 

The bookpacks were organised by the Australian Office Products Charitable Fund with the support of dealers and suppliers, including Discount Office National, Staedtler, Avery, ACCO Brands, Hamelin Brands, GNS Wholesale, uniball and Pilot Pen

 

The backpacks are part of a donation to Dandelion, which was one of the beneficiaries of the Charitable Fund’s Christmas charity lunch held in Sydney last December.

 

AOPCF chairman John Donaghy said the Fund was grateful for the support of many suppliers who contributed not only cash but also items for the book packs, which catered to both junior and senior students.

 

Each year, the Dandelion Support Network receives around 4000 requests nationally for assistance with childcare and school supplies.
