Visionchart celebrates 40 years of innovation
Local VisCom company charts a growth path.
Visual communications firm Visionchart celebrates its 40th anniversary next month with a continuing commitment to product innovation.
From small beginnings underneath his parents’ house, managing director Mark Bowdern has grown the company to be a manufacturer and national wholesaler of an expanding range of visual communication products.
‘Our product innovation has been a defining point of difference over the years’, Bowdern told Office Products News.
“Creating new products for our resellers delivers on-going growth in the market”, he said. “We never stop creating new products and adding value, which of course, helps our resellers,” he said.
“An example of this is our new Quiet Glass Mobile that offers designer colours and acoustic dampening of up to 90 per cent of reverberating noise.
‘We have a professional supply chain and made-to-order experience, which in turn, offers read-to-ship and customised bespoke products,” he said.
“Ready-to-ship is next day and even customised products are available within seven to 10 days. This is totally unique in the ‘VisCom’ category,” Bowdern added.
CNC-cut designs and acoustics, detailed wide-format printing on whiteboards and Glassboards and new educational ranges are all defining points of difference that have allowed Visionchart to grow over the last four decades, according to Bowdern.
“The past 40 years have been a journey with lows and highs but we are characterised not only by our innovation but our resilience as well,” he said.
‘We really are enjoying working with our supply partners and look forward to engaging with them to continue driving their growth,” he added.
