New name and group for Paper Plus Office National.

 

Compact dealer group ASA Australia has secured another member with the signing of Geraldton, WA-based Localworks, effective 1 January, 2024.

 

Localworks’ owners Steeve and Tasnim Poligadu started in the office products more than seven years ago as Paper Plus Office National. 

 

In 2019, they joined Leading Edge Group and became certified dealers of Jaycar and Minelab.

 

Re-branded as Localworks earlier this year, the business is also a Microsoft, Dell, HP, Lenovo partner, providing a highly diversified business to the regional Western Australian market. 

 

Localworks is the largest locally-owned business supplies provider in the Midwest, Gascoyne and Northern Goldfields  regions of WA.

 

Six per cent of the company’s profits are donated to charity.

 

Localworks is the second Office Brands dealer to move across to ASA Australia this year.

 

In July, the largest dealer in northern Queensland, Tosco Business & Education (previously trading as Tosco Office National) announced its move to ASA Australia, which took effect on 1 October.

 

Other members of ASA Australia include Adelaide Direct Stationers, Sharp Office (Broadmeadow, NSW), Blue Ink (Fyshwick, ACT), Impact Office Supplies (Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast, Queensland), Coffs Harbour Office Supplies (also Grafton, NSW) and Holiday Coast Office (Taree, NSW).
