Inkjet and laser printers to avoid: CHOICE
CHOICE’s lab team reviews more than 70 models.
Consumer advocacy group CHOICE has updated its list of ‘inkjet and laser printers to avoid’.
In its latest review, CHOICE’s “lab experts” reviewed 73 popular models, assessing key factors including print quality, speed, scanning and copying, yearly ink and toner costs, power consumption and ease of use.
Some printers come with a supply of ink and toner as part of the purchase price, which could last you up to three years. CHOICE’s annual ink cost calculations don't factor this in and the cost of purchasing one year's worth of ink is based on estimated usage.
Brands included in the review include Canon, Epson, Brother, HP and several others.
