Expanded office furniture range, effective 1 March.

 

ACCO Brands Australia has announced the acquisition of Buro Seating, effective 1 March.

 

The deal includes all brands and distribution rights.

 

This includes ranges that are both owned and distributed by Buro and include Buro Seating, Konfurb, Koplus and the Mondo range of products. 

 

The expanded product mix will complement the existing ACCO Brands portfolio of brands in the office, education, technology, janitorial, hardware and gaming segments. 

 

ACCO Brands will incorporate the Buro team into its operation in Australia and New Zealand as detailed below:

Founded in 1994, Buro Seating is a New Zealand-based company specialising in the design and manufacture of ergonomic office furniture. 

 

Customers now have the opportunity to purchase this range of seating and furniture products alongside everyday home, office and school supplies.

 

In a joint statement, Adam Colman (managing director of ACCO Brands Australia) and Tim Howard (general manager of Buro Seating), said:
