Gippsprint OC supports The Wear House

Victorian dealer makes a difference at local hospital.

When Christian Schill and Brian Scott from Gippsprint Office Choice in Traralgon learned about The Wear House, a heartwarming initiative supporting Latrobe Regional Hospital, they were inspired to get involved and make a difference.

Entirely funded by community donations and fundraising, The Wear House brings together locals, hospital staff, and volunteers to ensure patients have access to new clothing and essentials when staying at and being released from hospital.

By providing an alternative to traditional hospital gowns, the initiative has become a “beacon of compassion” for those it serves, according to Scott.

During a recent visit, the two Gippsprint Office Choice owners met with Lisa Twigger, the key co-ordinator and driving force behind The Wear House, who expressed her thanks for the company's support.

“As a local business, we’re super proud to support community initiatives like The Wear House. It’s all about locals helping locals and creating a stronger, more caring community here in Latrobe City,”  Scott said.

Donations of new clothing—particularly men’s T-shirts, toiletries and underwear are always needed to sustain the project’s mission.
