Retailer tightens ‘Change of Mind’ policy.

 

Printer cartridges and personalised printed materials have been included in Big W’s new restricted ‘Change of Mind’ returns scheme.

 

Effective 3 February, Big W introduced a major change to its returns policy, affecting a range of products including cosmetics, beauty products, hosiery, printing cartridges,  personalised printed materials and furniture.

 

Other items on the list of excluded products include food items, any item that is personalised, digital downloads, prepaid cards or vouchers, clearance items; and products purchased from Big W Market, MyDeal, Everyday Market, Everyday Rewards Shop and eBay.

 

Big W has a 90-day ‘Change of Mind’’ returns policy given the returned item isn’t part of the excluded list.
