Dealer group launches next phase of customer acquisition program.

Office Choice has launched the next phase of their Customer Acquisition Program with the next phase in their successful “Making Local Work’ digital ad campaign. 
The third instalment of Office Choice's ‘Making Local Work’ series, titled “Gallery”, has begun streaming on digital channels this week. The new videos, released across Facebook, Youtube and the Google network have been launched in conjunction with the “Get Back to business” themed Back to Work Campaign for 2021. Office Choice remains committed to supporting their members through these times by increasing investment in media spend and growth programs.
Video three titled “Gallery” was released this week with the fourth video in the series already filmed and set to be released in late March. These videos drive a strong brand message and create a visual link between Office Choice and the ‘Making Local Work’ brand position.  The latest video stars Office Choice Member Tim Scully from Office Choice Brighton, Victoria. We follow Tim and his team support their local customers to get back to work for the new year. This story follows the existing theme of calling on your local Office Choice store for all of your office supplies, the cornerstone of the new ‘Making Local Work’ Brand Strategy.
Results from the Making Local Work brand strategy that launched last June have been extremely positive with an increase in website traffic across the board and eCommerce transactions delivered directly to local members. The success of the campaign is also due to members individual support on the strategy through their own local marketing efforts on their websites, social channels and in-house promotions. It has been great to see a huge response from all stakeholders including supply partners and customers.

The customer acquisition program and launch of the national eCommerce website have set a great foundation to build upon as phase two of the brand strategy is rolled out during 2021. This will include the progressive release of more customer-centric programs and the continued focus on the local community. Office Choice are excited to launch several other strategic initiatives through the course of the year to drive engagement and turn customers into members to support the entire Office Choice group.
